Bridging the Gap for Sialidosis!
Alexander’s Dad has been on a mission since his son’s diagnosis with Sialidosis. This mission includes not only enabling opportunities for scientific progress in understanding Sialidosis, but enriching his family’s contacts with others affected by the disease.
In June 2001 this mission came to fruition when he met a Sialidosis family from Canada at the laboratory of Dr. Suleiman Igdoura, whose research track is primarily focused on Sialidosis. For both families, and for Dr. Igdoura and staff, the day was a memorable opportunity to interact.
